One on One Training

For one-on-one training sessions, your personal trainer will organize fun and varied sessions tailored to your individual needs. We will manage you and your program, monitor your technique and progress, and motivate you to give 100% effort in every workout. 

As a beginner, you should meet with a personal trainer two or three times a week for six weeks to get started. This will help you establish a consistent exercise routine, which is important in the beginning. It's also a good opportunity to learn new exercises and techniques and make sure you perform the exercises as safely as possible.
