Small Group

Small Group Personal Training or Small Group Training is a group exercise involving a trainer and 3-6 clients at a time. Small group training may overlap with what some gyms call "semi-private personal training." This means 2-5 clients per trainer. 

Group formats can increase customer retention by providing a more comfortable environment for customers. Many people feel more comfortable when their trainer's attention is not solely on them. Groups also create a sense of camaraderie, bringing everyone together.
